What is the production lead time?

Processing lead time on orders vary depending on quantity. Minimum of 3 days for 1-5pcs and maximum of 20 days for bulk orders after finalizing and confirmation of payment.

 

Can I provide my own design?

Yes, of course! But all proposed designs will be approved and finalized by us. 

Do you offer discount on bulk orders?

Yes, we do! We know how awesome our boxes would be for parties, giveaways and any gathering. Let us know how you want it packed and we will gladly give you a bulk order quote.

What are your accepted payment terms?

We try to be as flexible as we can to cater to all possible modes of payment. We do accept bank transfers/deposits via BPI/BDO, remittance centers through Coins.ph/Gcash, Paypal and credit cards through this site. However, we require full payment before production due to the customized nature of the items we offer; meaning, no COD (Cash on Delivery) is offered.

We are currently an online shop with Facebook and Instagram pages. We are happy to hear from you. Can I still cancel my order?

Because we work so quickly to ship your customized order, it is usually not possible for us to cancel all or any part of your order once it has been paid. Please contact us at betterbythebox@gmail.com if you have any questions.

How can I track my order?
